Returning to Work - Where to start

Returning to work after a career break; whether for reasons of raising a family, acting as a carer or coming to terms with redundancy, can be a daunting experience. One of the key features is commonly a loss of confidence and feeling of low self esteem, and whilst you may feel this is unique to you, the majority of people will experience exactly the same.

You may have been involved in voluntary groups and/or managing a family, both with regards to managing the budget as well as planning and organising a busy schedule. We can help you recognise just how worthwhile these skills are and how they can help to transfer back within a working environment.
